terms of service

General

- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- All commissions are for Personal/Private use only, unless you have paid for Commercial licensing.
- I may use work as examples or in my portfolio, if you do not want me to do so please let me know.
- Absolutely NO NFT/AI usage.

Process

- Please have your references ready when filling out the commission form, visual references are preferred but text descriptions are also acceptable.
- Once your commission has been accepted, you will be put on the Waitlist. You can view your position on the Waitlist on the Google Sheet.
- When I am ready to start working on your commission, I will contact you to confirm the details, at which point I will send the PayPal invoice. Once payment has been processed your commission will be started.
-Commissions will usually take 2-3 weeks from confirmation to complete. If anything comes up that will further delay the process I will be sure to let you know.
- You will be sent WIPs at the Sketch and Flat colors stage for any corrections. Any major form revisions can be made ONLY at the sketch stage.
- You can also monitor progress within the Waitlist sheet.
- Once your commission is complete you will be sent a google drive link.

Payment

- Prices are always in USD.
- Payment must be in full upfront. Payment plans can be discussed.
- Any payments sent directly will be refunded, I work through PayPal invoice ONLY.
- Refunds can only be requested if the sketch has not started yet, or if extreme circumstances prevent me from finishing your commission. Otherwise there are no refunds.
- Any refunds will be sent directly, please do not request a chargeback.

Usage

- I maintain all rights on the artwork.
- You are welcome to share the unedited commission with credit, please tag me when sharing on social media.When using the commission, you may NOT...
- Claim it as your own original work.
- Remove any watermarks.
- Share any edited versions with anyone else.
- Reproduce the image via tracing, ai ect.
- Use it for commercial purposes without paying the commercial rates.

By commissioning me you agree to all Terms and Services. Breaking any of these terms will result in being blacklisted from any of my services in the future.
